Background/job and other information about yourself
Founder and Managing Director of ZN (www.zn.be), studied at Oxford University, where he read Philosophy, Politics and Economics. In his last year he founded, and ran Oxford Student Radio, making him the youngest MD of commercial Independent Local Radio in the UK. For this he was awarded the Young Achievers Award from HM the Queen. After leaving Oxford he came to Brussels where in 1998 he set up ZN looking at how to adapt business and communication strategies to the Internet age. Since then he has worked with leading companies and communication agencies ranging from Burson Marsteller, Hill and Knowlton to Dentsu and Edelman. He has been exploring the challenges and opportunities these companies and their clients face on the internet and how best to take advantage of the possibilities this channel creates. He invented the concept of 'Hyperthinking' as a tool to help his team and clients to adapt their thinking to the web. This concept has been expanding in a book and blog.

He loves challenges and is fascinated by the power the internet has to transform individuals and companies in the 21st century.

2. Expect a few more dramatic surprises in the economic sector (more countries going under?) and companies doing things they have never done before.
