…you are part of it!
On the night of October 2008 we organized built 3 doors which we exhibited as part of the Nuit Blanche in Brussels. Each door had a monitor, microphone & webcam and was connected to a computer.
At the same time we invited all our friends to join the event online at www.e-neighbour.net. so the visitors of the event could ring the doorbell and talk to their 'virtual neighborus'.

I was there at the door with the rest of the e-neighbour team and it was a great experience. We had it all, the last minute stress of not having the wireless connections that we were supposed to have, then the rush to find the solutions and to fix it...and the miracles of live events: it just worked the minutes we were suppose to start.
So a great event indeed and when people from the street were interacting with other people online from Israel, China or New York...it was quite awesome and shows that the e-neighbour is really real and actual!!
Internet is really helping re-shaping our world and our life and that's so exciting to be part of this.
